Marlowe's Story of Front Leg Fracture

Marlowe, an 18 month old Pug, had an unusual fracture of the front leg, called a Monteggia fracture (fracture of the ulna, luxation of the radius). In fact, Marlowe had already had one surgery before she became my patient. CK, her owner, writes 2 months after surgery: "We are amazed at her progress and encouraged that she will make a wonderful recovery. And I must tell you how grateful we are that you were able to save her leg so that she will be able to use it. Thank you again".
