Maisey's Story of Kidney Pseudocysts
Maisey is a 10 year old kitty who had a rare condition of both kidneys, called “perirenal pseudocysts.” She did surprisingly well after surgery, despite her borderline kidney failure. Through her owner BT, Maisey writes: "Dr. Zeltzman, Thank you so much for saving my life and restoring my "kitten-hood" again. Thanks to you and your expert skills and compassion, I feel wonderful again. Sometimes, I even play with my catnip toys at midnight! You are my hero! I hope to visit you soon."
Later she writes again, along with a beautiful framed painting: "Thank you again for saving my life! Thanks to you and your compassion and skills, I have never felt better in my life."
