Kiki's Story of Fractured Toes

Kiki, a 4 year old female kitty, had fractures of all toes in her back foot.  The fractures were repaired with some pins.  KM writes: "I would like to thank Dr. Zeltzman and VCVRC for your time and patience with Kiki. I know she did not particularly care for everyone's help, but I sure did, I just couldn't see here not using her leg for the rest of her life. She is back to herself, running up and down the stairs with Oreo and Kallie, her brother and sister. Jumping and laying in windows and jumping on my dresser, getting in trouble. Before she broke her leg she would run into the bathroom jump up on the sink and wait for me to turn the water on - well she is also back to her routine. Thank you everyone for your kindness."

5 months after surgery, KM reports: "Kiki is doing really well. Running around like a nut, only favors her paw when she gets up. Once she is up and walking around, she is fine. She also doesn't like when I don't pay attention to her.  If I am reading, she will knock the book out of my hand. I feel in my heart I did the right thing. I am glad you were the surgeon.

I can't thank you enough for all your help.  Thank you, thank you, thank you, KM"
