Tucker's Story of Torn ACL and TPLO
Tucker is a 9 year old Lab who had a TPLO (Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy) on his back leg to address an ACL tear.
TA (a great cookie maker by the way) writes: "Just wanted to say a huge thank you (...). It was so comforting to know that Tucker didn't have to hobble around in pain any longer. Your kindness and compassion were very much appreciated."
A few months later, KW writes:
"Hi Dr. Zeltzman, Tucker is doing fabulous on his mobility after the TPLO surgery this summer. It is really miraculous. Thank you again! He is like a new dog. He wants to play again, he enjoys his walks, and he is loving life. Last week I took him for his check-up (and weight control). I was so excited, when Dr. L. looked at his weight and said " I don't think he should lose any more!" Never thought I would hear that!
(...) I have recommended you to anyone that will listen. Thank you again for the wonderful care, the kindness, and the compassion. You can't always find that in this busy world."
