Sassy's Story of Liver Cancer
Sassy W, a 12 year old Golden Retriever, after her liver cancer surgery (hepatocellular carcinoma) writes herself 1 year later: "I just wanted to let you know that I am doing fine! I am eating well and driving my Mom crazy again. She says I owe it all to you. The last recheck ultrasound shows no trace of cancer. I am not sure what that means, but I get to pester my Mom for a lot longer. Thanks again for taking such good care of me."
