Luke's Story of Lower Jaw Cancerous Tumor
Luke, a 12 year old Lab, had a large part of his lower jaw removed because of a large cancerous tumor (mandibular malignant melanoma). Two months after surgery, his owner writes (along with some pictures):
“Luke is doing very well. Thought you may appreciate a photo of your work. He eats out of a round stainless steel mixing bowl that he can roll around and now he has to eat slower. He ate his entire meal in 60 seconds before. (…) We are so thankful. Thanks again we appreciate you improving the quality of Luke's life.”
