Daisy's Story of Multiple Injuries and Fractured Ankle

A HEART WARMING STORY

The middle-aged Beagle has a rough start. She was found on the side of the road after being hit by a car. A Good Samaritan stopped to help her out and take her to the emergency clinic.  She was named "Found on Road" while she was struggling for her life.  After several days in ICU, she started to get better.  Since an owner was not found, her good Samaritan decided to adopt her. She was named Daisy. She eventually had surgery to repair a fracture of the ankle and recovered uneventfully.

Five months after surgery, her owner KB writes:

"Daisy is doing great. She became a part of our family the day my husband and I found her on the side of the road. She is such a great dog and fits wonderfully into our family as if she was meant to be part of it. She has found a place in all of our hearts. Thank you for all you did to help her. You and the entire staff were always so helpful. We knew she was in good hands.

Sincerely, the B family."
